Here at Russian Thunder, we are passionate about the Russian military and Russian special forces. We realize though, that no matter how durable, well-designed, and interesting their equipment is, these items are very difficult and expensive to obtain. For this reason, we have partnered with several companies and retailers inside the Russian Federation and are bringing these items to you with international shipping and at the lowest price we can manage.
Russian-made accessories for firearms from Zenit, vests and armour models currently issued to the Russian Armed Forces, and helmets from Russian workshops are what we mainly provide, but be sure to keep an eye on our Featured Special Items section for rare and interesting items that we will occasionally feature.

1. Delivery and out of stock items:
Orders are shipped directly from Russia.
Delivery to Europe will take approximately 14-20 (not including weekends, holidays, or delays by the postal/custom system).
Delivery to the United States will take approximately 20-30 days (not including weekends, holidays, or delays by the postal/customs system).
All other regions of the world will take approximately 20-30 days (not including weekends, holidays, or delays by the postal/customs system).
Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, we will post your items to you using EMS Russian Post, Почта России (Pochta Rossii), or another courier of your choice (provided it is available in the Russian Federation). All orders are shipped using airmail.
Ordering from our site means that you agree to our terms and conditions outlined in this section.
Out of Stock Items:
Occasionally, demand for an item means that the Zenit factory may not be able to produce enough units to meet demand.
If an item you have paid for is out of stock, we will send it seperately at no extra charge or wait until it's back in stock.
There are two options if an item is out of stock:
1. If the part is still going to be produced at the factory, we will find out the soonest date it will be available again and ship it to you at the first opportunity either a) with your primary order, or b) after sending your primary order. Please be sure to specify.
2. If we are unable to give you a general time when the part will be available, if it is no longer produced, or if you do not want to wait, we can remove the item from your order and refund its cost (provided we haven't already picked it up).
Note: We will be unable to specify an exact date when an item will be restocked. You may ask us is a refund is possible before we ship the item.
2. Shipping Prices and Customs:
The shipping price for all orders are based on WEIGHT. During checkout, make note of your order's weight and pick the appropriate shipping option.
All messages concerning an order must contain the PAYPAL TRANSACTION NUMBER clearly posted in the message or title.

Declared Value and Taxes
We list the real value of each order we send unless specifically requested otherwise.
Requesting special declaration of the order value is done so at the customer's own risk, if the package is lost, ONLY THE LISTED VALUE will be reimbursed.
Orders shipped with regular declared value will receive full reimbursement from the postal carrier responsible.
3. Confirmation, Shipping, and Payment
Orders are shipped WITHIN TWO WEEKS (excluding holidays) after the order is placed. If delays occur, please contact us. Keep in mind that you can e-mail us to ask about your order at any time and you will receive a response within 24 hours (unless Den is on vacation or gone on business, which is announced well in advance).
We are unable to install automatic confirmation messages as it is incompatible with our software. If you receive a Paypal e-mail confirming your payment, this means that your order has been received and is being processed. If you are unsure, you can send an e-mail just to be safe.
Payment is done through Paypal as only this system allows payment for firearms parts. Paypal is also safe for customers and protects them from any form of fraud. Using Paypal means you are protected from anything that may go wrong on our end.
In addition, we respectfully request to refrain from starting Paypal disputes unless absolutely necessary. They slow down the delivery process immensely (as we cannot pay suppliers for the items that have been ordered if the funds are blocked).
If there are any suspicions, contact us and we will be happy to answer any questions or issue a refund (if the items have not already been shipped or received from our suppliers).
Orders that have been delayed for an extended period of time by a Paypal dispute or if the customer does not answer our e-mails to resolve the matter within 2 weeks will be cancelled.

Shipping Terms, Reimbursement, and Delivery Process:
We would like to make it explicitly clear that we outsource our shipping to Pochta Rossii (Russian Post), we do not handle the shipping process ourselves. Russian post makes sure your order goes through internal Russian customs inspections and leaves the Russian border safely.
Once the parcel leaves the border (is boarded on an outbound flight to the destination country), it is handed off to the postal services of the destination country and becomes their responsibility.
Therefore, once we ship the order and provide you with a tracking number, we have performed the services you have paid for.
Your orders are insured by the postal carrier that the parcel is entrusted to, and it is their responsibility to reimburse customers for lost packages. We will assist with this process with the Russian Post, and will not refund the order out of our pockets if we are not at fault.
Due to recent instances of the United States Post evading customers and delaying packages, we would like to make it clear that we will provide all the assistance we are capable of from Russia, but what we can do is limited. We will contact the Russian post on our side and provide screenshots (with translations if needed) as to the wherabouts of your order.
In the event of loss of the package on foreign territory (outside of Russia), the safest bet is to contact your local post office, who will either help you or re-direct you to the necessary post branch.
If you suspect that your package has been lost, and we have provided you with tracking as proof of shipping, contact us as a preliminary measure, and then your postal services. We cannot be held responsible for the negligence of certain postal services outside of our country of residence.
Items that have already been shipped, picked up by us from our suppliers, or purchased by us prior to shipping (this happens approximately within 6 days of an order being made) cannot be refunded. If you wish for a return and the item has not already been purchased by us from our suppliers or shipped to you, we will refund it immediately.
The conditions for returning shipped items are that the item MUST be returned to us (unused, unopened) before we can send a refund if item is already received (shipping paid by buyer). We cannot send a refund in advance before the item is confirmed to have arrived back to us.
This applies to orders that were shipped as damaged or defective by us as a mistake (we keep photo records of orders before they are sent). We will examine the item before we can refund, or exchange it (suppliers require exchange of defective item).
Orders that have not been shipped at the time of the refund request will be refunded as soon as we are able.
All refunds will be processed through Paypal for maximum transparency and safety for both sides.
Customers are required to know the dimensions and compatibility of the rifle they are ordering accessories for, we will still happily answer any questions and assist you with picking out correct parts. Pictures will help greatly.
We cannot accept returns on modified/damaged products, products that turned out to be incompatible, but in new condition cannot be returned.
If you have received a defective item or made a mistake when ordering, we will be happy to exchange it if you send it back to us.
We at Zenit and Russian Thunder cannot accept responsibility for products returned by customs if they are not legal in your country. Please make sure to be aware of your local laws and legislation before ordering a product.
Lasers, lights, and IR laser/lights regulations:
Please make sure that all aiming devices you order are legal for shipping into your country ( example: brightness of light or laser, if Infra-Red lights or lasers are legal for shipping into your country), before you make a purchase.
Suppressors and flash-hiders:
Suppressors and flash-hiders (not muzzle brakes) are not available for purchase outside of Russia and require military or law enforcement certification for purchase. We do not sell any items that reduce the noise or flash of firearm discharge.
We cannot be held liable if customs services of your country refuse to accept a parcel containing an item that is considered illegal by the local legislation and law.
We will be happy to refund you the cost of the items and ship the parcel again with the offending items removed at no extra charge apart from shipping fees.

Forgeries and Zenit product copies:
Products for firearms copying Zenit designs and/or markings made without our approval are considered illegal. Please see our legal document on rights to Zenit Company designs and products in our "Information and Charts" album.
If you would like to obtain permission or licenses to produce our products as replicas or for airsoft, please be informed that due to conditions set by the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation for Zenit Company and the constitution of the Russian Federation state that Producers of products supplied directly to the military and police MUST have their products produced inside of the Russian Federation and to a set standard.
We are not able to license or give permission to any production of our products from outside of Russia. Unless you have contacted us about this issue and have an agreement with us, all manufacturers of ilegally-produced products will be investigated at a diplomatic level.
To avoid legal action and possible barring from entry into Russian Federal territory, we request that you comply with the following conditions:
-Please clearly label your products as "not for use with firearms."
-Please do not use the real model numbers in the markings.
-Please do not label the product as "Made in Russia," (Сделано в России)
If you order from us and copy our products, we reserve the right to refuse you service in the future, investigate the offense, and persue legal action in the country the offenses have been discovered.

With this in mind, we are not liable for delays caused by Почта России, (Pochta Rossii), which somtimes occur during the holiday season or in periods of reform.
